PENALTIES AND REMEDIES
- Confirmed bookings may be cancelled by clients within 30 days prior to the date of arrival. If a deposit has been paid in advance, it is fully refunded to the client.
- For cancellations made 20 days prior to the date of arrival, the penalty is 35% of the deposit.
- For cancellations made 15 days prior to the date of arrival, the penalty is 70 % of the deposit.
- For cancellations made 10 or less days prior to the date of arrival, the penalty is 100% of the deposit.
ADAC CAMP CARD
The holders of ADAC Camp Card receive 1 free night. 6 nights stay on the price of 5 nights stay (pay 5 stay 6).
